I grew up in Manchester in the UK, and graduated from the University of Manchester in 2005 with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery. I completed my GP training in Birmingham and went on to work as a GP in Chesterfield, Derbyshire for five years. Since moving to Sydney in 2016, I have spent the past decade practising in the Sutherland Shire. After moving to Paddington, I decided to open my own clinic in Redfern, to be closer to home.

Redfern Doctors is a new clinic, but based on my almost 15 years experience as a GP in Australia and the UK.

I take a holistic approach to care, focusing on the whole person rather than just the presenting condition. My clinical interests include skin conditions, mental health, and women’s health. I also provide antenatal care and support patients throughout their pregnancy journey.

I offer Implanon insertion and removal, and perform cervical screening tests with a gentle, patient-centred approach. A female chaperone is always available for your comfort during procedures.

In addition, I perform minor skin procedures, joint injections, and intravenous iron and vitamin C infusions. I hold a Diploma in Dermatology from Queen Mary University of London and provide comprehensive skin cancer checks. Many sun-related skin concerns can be treated during the same visit, while biopsies and excisions may require a separate appointment—please let reception know when booking.

Other services I offer include Implanon insertion/removal, cervical screening, skin cancer checks, minor procedures, joint injections, and IV iron infusions. I can also offer chronic disease management and mental health care plans. Inclusive care for LGBTQI patients is provided.
